Refund policy

If you are not completely happy with your item, we’ll exchange it or give you a refund, as long as it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging, with all labels intact. You must notify us within 5 working days of receipt by emailing orders@urbanknit.co.uk detailing your order number and reason for return. Items need to be received back within 28 days of you receiving your order. Please include a note within your returned parcel with your order number and reason for return to ensure a refund or exchange is issued swiftly. Please send the item to:
